In Wallflower Series I combine photographs I make of animals and vintage wallpapers. Mixed-media originals incorporate actual original wallpapers from the 1930s, 40s, & 50s, along with acrylic, metallic leaf, and textured media. I travel the American West to photograph the animals that serve as the vehicles for pulling these wallpapers from our past to give them new life in these fresh works of art with a vintage nod.

  • Mixed-media on wood panel

  • Photo, acrylic, metallic leaf, various textured media, & original vintage wallpaper

  • Available in various sizes, “standard” size is 48”x36”

  • Currently available from the artist directly, in galleries soon…
